Return Authorization Request
We want you to feel completely comfortable with ordering from The Fabric Florist so we aim for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their shopping experience. We try our best to make it easy to return anything that is not right for you for any reason. We want everyone who shops with us to be delighted with what they have purchased. So if you're not happy with what you have received then we are happy to replace it for something that is perfect for you. If you receive an item that has not been accurately described or the size is not right for you and you wish to return the item/s, you may return it for exchange.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Does not apply to sales of accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear.
Goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged will NOT be exchanged.
Does not apply to goods reduced for sales purposes.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Returns may not be accepted if they are sent back without prior authorisation. The Returns Form Below must be completed and included with the returned items.
How to exchange
Complete the returns form below and send a copy with your returned items.
All postage costs associated with exchanged/returned items are at the purchasers expense.
We do not offer refunds.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns, If you choose not to then you may be responsible for loss or damage to the item/s during shipping.

All returned items must be returned with any original tags still attached, unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition it was delivered. Any failure to return the good/s in this required condition will result in the item/s being sent back and the returns policy will be void.
We reserve the right to update our returns policy in the future.
